Drink yourself healthy!
People are always looking for a quick fix these days. Lose x number of Lbs in two weeks!!! drop two dress sizes in a week!! When are peopple going to wake up and realise that the only way you really keep yourself fit and healthy is by hard work and commitment. First things first you need to address your diet. Forget packaged meals, they aren’t going to do you any favours. You can’t really monitor what goes into them and there’s no way you can really have a handle on what vitamins and nutrients you’re really taking in. You need to get your five a day in, eat meat two or three times a week if you eat meat.
Secondly, cut down the booze. Look up the governments recommended allowance and stick to it. Next thing on your list. If you can do all that, you’re going to have to shed the weight you’ve already taken on. You need to get out and do some exercise! It doesn’t matter what - but if you can raise your heart beat and keep it raised for thirty minutes three or four times a week then you ‘re going to be heading in the right direction.
If you can roughly keep to these parameters you’ll undoubtedly get fitter. don’t cut everything out - if you enjoy a nice coffee, don’t walk by the Coffee Machine and if you want some chocolate, eat it!! Just stick to the golden rules and you won’t go too far wrong!
